Making caper sauce:

Step 1: prepare the capers.

Wash fresh capers well under running water and chop finely and finely on a cutting board with a knife. I want to note that the finer you chop them the better for the dish, so do not be lazy but carefully chop them. You can use a blender, but he will grind them into porridge, and we need small pieces.

Step 2: prepare parsley, garlic and lemon.

My parsley, and finely chop with a knife. Peel the garlic and chop it as finely as possible. Selling garlic at a garlic press is an option, but in this case it loses a large half of its essential oils, so we use a knife. With half a lemon we survive juice. How much you squeeze out - so much will be.

Step 3: mix the salad.

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard. Mix thoroughly. Then add chopped garlic, parsley and capers. Again, mix very well.

Step 4: serve to the table.

Our caper sauce is ready. As already mentioned, it is very suitable for any meat, so you can serve it, for example, with a leg of lamb. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - In extreme cases, you can take canned capers instead of fresh ones.

- - some housewives add a few drops of apple cider vinegar to the sauce for a pungent taste.

- - ordinary mustard can be replaced with mustard powder, but in this case you will have to dilute it in water.
