"Clafoutis" is a traditional French dessert with fruit. It is a delicious, fine and very appetizing cake. Even if it is prepared from the simplest ingredients, always present in the kitchen, the result will pleasantly surprise you. Get a dessert with irresistible flavor and incomparable taste, which will please everyone.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.

2. Wash the plums and dry them on a paper towel. Cut them in half and remove the seeds.

3. Cut the plums into slices and place them in a baking dish. Do not use a removable baking tin.

4. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk. If you want a calorie-rich dessert, replace milk with greasy cream.

5. Add the sugar, flour and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until you get a smooth dough. If the plums are sourer, add more sugar.

6. Pour the dough into the baking tin.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-90 minutes, until the dessert is browned. Baking time depends on each oven. Sprinkle the dessert with powdered sugar or ground pistachios.


Marinate the plums in Armagnac or tuica. Leave them overnight so that the flavors blend harmoniously. Drain the plums, but do not throw the marinade. Keep it because you will use it later.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Generously grease the tray with butter or the shape of the tart you want to use.
Now it's time to start kneading. Mix eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla extract and two tablespoons of alcohol marinade. You can use a blender or, if you like to cook traditionally, use the target. Don't forget the salt powder that balances the taste. After all the ingredients are well mixed, you can gradually add the flour. Mix everything well until the dough is fluffy and creamy.

Pour the dough into the pan well greased with butter and then place the plums on top. Make sure that each piece of cake you cut will contain juicy plums.
