Salted appetizer with cheese and cumin / Waffles (gluten free)

Mix the cheese with the almond powder. Add salt and cumin. Put the egg and sour cream and mix well.

We heat the waffle maker.

We put a good spoon in the center to get a big waffle.

Leave 1-2 minutes and check. If it is colored, remove it.

You can make them smaller if you want or cut them into 4.

If you want to make baskets, don't color them too hard, take them out white and put them on the bottom of a mold by pressing (be careful they are hot).

Fill as desired, I put the salad of sauerkraut, ham and cucumbers.
