Preparation of citrus pie "Schisandra":

Step 1: Cook the dough.

Roll one part on a flat table surface, lightly sprinkled with flour. Then transfer the dough to a baking dish previously covered with parchment paper.

Step 2: Prepare the filling.

Rinse the orange and lemon thoroughly, then peel and cut in half. Remove the bones. Then grind the peeled fruits and add a glass of granulated sugar to them. Mix everything thoroughly and put on the first cake in the mold. Spread evenly throughout the cake.

Step 3: Bake the cake.

Now roll out the second piece of dough, lay on top of the filling of the pie. Again, distribute the filling on top and cover with the final cake. Grease the cake with egg yolk, previously whipped a little. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the cake in it in the mold. Bake for about 50 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick, it should be dry. When the cake is browned, remove it and cool a little.

Step 4: Serve the citrus pie.

Now remove the cake from the mold, transfer to a serving dish and cut into serving slices. Now you can serve as a dessert for tea! Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - For such a quantity of ingredients, it is advisable to have a baking dish measuring 25X20 centimeters. You can also use a baking dish and another type, for example round or in the form of a heart, the main thing is not small.

- - The filling for the pie can be prepared from any other fruit you love. Grind them and mix with sugar in the same way.

- - As a decoration for the pie, you can use freshly made meringue from egg whites. It turns out very beautifully, aromatic and tasty.
