Very good ... of all the recipes I've tried, this one seemed the closest to the original taste of raffaello candies. About 30 candies come out of this composition.
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 150 g milk powder
- 100 g coconut
- vanillin
- 250 g butter
- a crushed wafer sheet
- 100 g coconut to roll the candies

RECIPE PREPARATION Raffaello candies:
Mix the butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla and rub the foam. Then add the powdered milk, coconut, wafer sheet and mix. If the composition is too soft, put it in the fridge for half an hour, and if it is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk. Balls are formed, in the middle we can put almonds, nuts, hazelnuts. They roll through the coconut.
