For a dinner it's perfect, the source of inspiration was Miha, she saw something like that but I adapted it after my fridge

  • 1.5 kg of new potatoes
  • 500 g turkey sausages with chicken
  • 400 g pork sausages
  • 200 g salami
  • 100 g cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 5oo ml sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • green parsley and 1 slice of red pepper -decor

RECIPE PREPARATION New potatoes with baked sausages:

Peel the potatoes, boil them, cut into slices about 1 cm thick or they can be peeled and cut later

The sausages are cut into small pieces and fried, and the salami sliced ​​(I had it in the fridge and no one ate it so I found a cure)

Grease a yena dish with butter, add a row of boiled potatoes, season with salt and pepper, add half the amount of sausages, sprinkle with cheese and fried salami, then add potatoes, sausages, cheese and salami again.

Beat eggs well with a pinch of salt, mix well with sour cream, put over sausages and put the dish in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

It can be served both hot and cold with chopped green parsley and pieces of red pepper

I cut warm and that's why it doesn't stick so well on the plate
