Cooking chicken fillet baked in sour cream:

Step 1: Fry the fillet.


Since I bought fresh chicken fillet, I first washed it well under cold running water, then dried it and cut it into arbitrary pieces. After which we put on a medium heat to heat the pan, pour a little vegetable oil and spread the meat to fry, stirring constantly until it is covered with a golden brown (about 10 minutes).

At this time, quickly peel the seeds of Bulgarian pepper, wash it, cut into strips and add to the pan. Pour in the vodka, salt, pepper to taste and simmer within 5 minutes.

Step 2: Cook the chicken fillet baked in sour cream.

Set the oven to heat. 150 degrees. After we put out the meat in vodka, fill it with sour cream, mix thoroughly and send it to bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Step 3: Serve the chicken fillet baked in sour cream.


We transfer the finished fillet to a serving dish and decorate with green leaves. Cook boiled young potatoes as a side dish, and serve dry white wine as an aperitif. Enjoy your meal!

- - If you bought frozen chicken fillet, then first defrost it at room temperature.

- - You can prepare a more delicate sauce by mixing sour cream with fat cream.

- - If you do not have a frying pan with a removable handle, then simply transfer the fillet already dipped in sour cream on a slightly large baking sheet or in a baking dish, without forgetting to pre-grease it with vegetable oil.
