Ingredients for the preparation of lasagna "Al Forno"
Ingredients for cooking lasagna "Al Forno":
- Lasagna sheets 10 pcs.
- Pork (chilled tenderloin) 300 gr.
- Beef (chilled tenderloin) 300 gr.
- Onion 1 pc.
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Tomato puree 500 gr.
- Parmesan cheese 100 gr.
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Parsley (dried) 1 teaspoon
- Basil (dried) 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil to taste
For bechamel sauce:
- Milk (3.5%) 400 ml.
- Butter 50 gr.
- Wheat flour 40 gr.

Preparation of Al Forno Lasagna:
Step 1: Cooking the meat filling.
The first thing we need to do is cook minced meat. To do this, buy in the bazaar a fresh sirloin piece of pork and beef. Then I wash the meat well under cold running water and cut it into arbitrary pieces. Then we pass it through a meat grinder. Now peel the onions and garlic and chop them not very large.
We put on a medium heat to heat the pan, pour a little olive oil and spread the onion with garlic and fry until a golden hue is formed.
And then add the minced meat and fry, stirring constantly, until it is ready. In the end, do not forget to salt and pepper to taste.
As soon as the minced meat is thoroughly fried, add tomato puree to it, mix and continue to simmer within 5-10 minutesstirring occasionally. At the end, add dried herbs and leave to cool.
Step 2: Cooking the Bechamel Sauce.
At this time, we will prepare the sauce. To do this, put on medium heat melt butter in a pan with a thick bottom. Then, stirring, pour in the flour and stir it with butter until a homogeneous mass is formed. Then pour in the cold milk and mix everything thoroughly. Reduce the heat and continue to cook, stirring constantly, within 5 minutes. At the end, salt and pepper the sauce to taste, remove from heat and let it cool.
Step 3: Cooking Al Forno Lasagna
Set the oven to heat. 190 degrees. To make lasagna we need a special tall, rectangular shape. Lubricate it with a piece of butter and spread the sheets of lasagna with the first layer (as long as the length and width of the mold require).
Pour the bechamel sauce on top, and then spread the meat filling, evenly distributing it on the surface. Cover it with sheets of lasagna from above and repeat the layers until we reach the edge of the form. At the same time, the last layer should be sheets covered with bechamel sauce.
Sprinkle grated (on a fine grater) Parmesan cheese on top of the sauce and send it to bake in the oven 30 minutes. In order for the cheese in the oven not to burn, cover completely with lasagna foil and bake about 20 minutes, then remove and continue to bake.
Step 4: Serve Al Forno Lasagna.
Cool the prepared lasagna (10 minutes), and then cut into portioned pieces, transfer them to plates and you can call households to the table.
