Mushroom caviar preparation:

Step 1: prepare the mushrooms, onions and carrots.

Wash mushrooms and vegetables under running water. Peel the carrots with a knife or a peeler. Peel the onion with a knife. In a blender, we grind prepared mushrooms and vegetables into separate bowls in turn.

Step 2: prepare the mushroom caviar.

We heat the pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil. First of all, put the onion in the pan and fry it for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Then add the carrots, and through a few minutes mushrooms. Mix vegetables and mushrooms periodically with a spatula. Across 2-3 minutes transfer the frying to the pan, pour the oil from the pan into it, add salt and pepper. Leave the mushroom caviar to stew with the lid closed on a small fire. The mushroom mass is constantly mixed with a spatula. Across 50 minutes add vinegar, and stew more 10 minutes.

Step 3: roll caviar in jars.

We sterilize banks in any way. For example, we pour a little cold water (about 1 centimeter) into a jar and put in a microwave on a few minutes. Boil the lids in a small saucepan with water for about a minute. We lay the finished caviar in a jar with a spoon and twist the lids with a seaming key. We leave cans with mushroom caviar at room temperature on one day. Later, mushroom caviar can be stored in a cool, dry place.

Step 4: serve the mushroom caviar.

Serve caviar in a salad bowl as an independent snack. It can also be used to prepare other dishes. Enjoy your meal!
