Ingredients for making quick kefir pies

For the test:

Cooking quick kefir pies:

Step 1: prepare the filling.

Pass the boiled beef through a medium-sized meat grinder directly into a deep bowl. Peel the onions, rinse under running water, dry with paper kitchen towels, lay on a cutting board and, using a knife, cut into a medium cube with an approximate diameter up to 1 centimeter. Turn on the stove to a medium level, place a pan on it with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and heat it. Throw the onion into the preheated fat and fry it until golden brown, stirring the vegetable with a kitchen spatula so that it does not burn to the bottom of the pan and fry evenly. This process will take you no more 5 to 6 minutes. After fried onions, add to the bowl to the chopped beef. Enter the right amount of boiled rice there, to taste salt and black pepper. Stir the ingredients with a tablespoon until smooth. The filling for the pies is ready.

Step 2: prepare the dough.

Sieve the right amount of wheat flour into a deep, clean and dry bowl through a fine sieve. Then take another clean bowl and beat in the right amount of eggs, add vegetable oil, sugar, salt, kefir and whisk the mass with a whisk until splendid enough 45 minutes intense whipping. After, type half a teaspoon of baking soda and put it out with the right amount of table vinegar directly into a bowl of liquid egg - kefir mass. Now gradually introduce the sifted wheat flour into the liquid, do it in parts so that the flour does not stray into lumps. Knead the dough with a kitchen spatula in a bowl until it becomes difficult for you to stir. Then transfer the thick flour mass to the kitchen table, previously sprinkled with sifted wheat flour, and knead a denser dough. By consistency, it should be soft and not stick to your hands. Place the finished dough in a deep bowl, cover with cling film and let it brew for 10 to 15 minutes. If the dough floats, and it depends on the quality of the flour, knead it again.

Step 3: form the pies.

Lay the settled dough on the kitchen table and cut a small part from it. Roll a slice of dough into a “sausage” and cut into small portions depending on the size of the desired pies. In this recipe 1 piece dough weighs approximately 70 grams. From the resulting portioned slices, using a rolling pin, roll flat cakes thick up to 7 - 8 millimeters. Put in each circle 2 tablespoons each finished toppings. Carefully place the tortilla with minced meat on a clean palm of your hand and with your other hand tightly pinch the edges of the dough, first in the middle after the ends. Form an oval-shaped pie and place it with the seam down on a cutting board, previously sprinkled with a small amount of sifted wheat flour. In the same way, form the remaining pies until you have finished the dough with the filling.

Step 4: fry the pies.

Turn on the stove to a medium level and place a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil on it, enough to start 3 to 4 tablespoons. When the fat is hot, very carefully place a portion of pies on the pan with the seams down. Fry them from one side to a golden brown crust and then turn them over onto the other side with a kitchen spatula. Fry the other side of the pies until golden brown, and transfer them to a large flat dish. On frying pies on both sides it will take you about 7 - 8 minutes. Then put in the pan a second portion of flour products, if necessary, add a little vegetable oil and fry them as the previous ones. Let the prepared cakes cool down a little, as you know, hot flour products are very harmful to the stomach. Then brew delicious fresh tea and enjoy your culinary masterpiece.

Step 5: serve quick kefir pies.

Quick kefir pies are served warm, laid in a slide on a large flat dish.
