Ingredients for making fritters with apples

Cooking fritters with apples:

Step 1: prepare the flour.

Of course, you can cut an apple into small cubes, but thin plates are better, since then they will be easier to fit in pancakes. We shift apple slices into a free plate.

Step 3: prepare the eggs.

Using a kitchen knife, break the eggshell and pour the yolk and squirrel into a bowl with deep sides. Then, using a tablespoon, pour sugar into the container for our ingredient. Using a hand whisk, beat egg white and egg yolk with sugar well until a lush, homogeneous mass is formed. Attention: egg white and yolk will beat better and faster if you put the egg in the refrigerator a few hours before cooking, so that the ingredient cools well.

Step 4: prepare the dough.

Pour kefir into a bowl with egg-sugar mixture and mix our ingredients well with a hand whisk. Then add soda with a teaspoon and again mix everything well with a whisk. You do not need to extinguish soda for our dough, but do not forget to put it in the total test mass, since it is from this ingredient that the dough will be porous, and our pancakes will be more magnificent. Add the flour to the bowl with all the ingredients gradually and in small portions, using a tablespoon for this. Thus, no lumps are formed in the test, and it will be easier for us to thoroughly beat everything with a hand whisk until a homogeneous mass is formed. By consistency, our dough turns out as a thick sour cream. Lastly, add apple slices to the batter and mix well, now using a tablespoon. Our apple dough is ready.

Step 5: Cook the fritters with apples.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and put it on the stove over medium heat. We allow the frying pan to heat up, and heat the oil. So, we hold the handle of the pan with a kitchen grab with one hand and with the other hand, using a small ladle, we collect the dough from the bowl and pour it into the container. Attention: be sure to check if there are several pieces of apples in the soup ladle. Fry fritters with apples, first on one side until golden brown. Then, using a kitchen spatula, turn it over to the other side and fry it until an appetizing golden brown crust forms. It is necessary to fry pancakes on a medium heat, and not on a strong one, since this will quickly burn the dough from above, and inside it will not have time to cook. From this, our dish can turn out to be burnt and half-baked, well, and of course, not tasty. Fritters should turn out to be slightly oblong in shape and diameter no more than 5-6 centimeters. Attention: the dough must be mixed well with a ladle before pouring it on the pan so that the apple slices in it are consumed evenly. Ready apple pancakes with a kitchen spatula are transferred from the frying pan to a large plate or flat dish.

Step 6: serve the fritters with apples.

Ready slightly cooled pancakes before serving can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Our dish itself is very tasty, but its taste does not deteriorate if you put jam, sour cream or cream on the table.
