When the fat is heated very carefully, use a tablespoon to place the batter on the bottom of the pan, thus forming pancakes. It is advisable to put in a pan no more than 5 fritters with a distance from each other in 2 - 2.5 centimeters, since during cooking the dough spreads and increases in size. The thickness of each pancake laid in the pan should not be more than 5 - 7 millimetersotherwise the fritters may not fry inside. Fry the pancakes from two sides to a golden crust, periodically turning them on one side, then on the second side with a kitchen spatula. On frying fritters from two sides, it will take you no more 2 to 3 minutes. Put the first portion of the finished fritters on a baking sheet covered with paper kitchen towels, and let the paper absorb the excess fat in which your flour products were fried. Across 10 - 15 minuteswhen your culinary masterpiece cools down a bit, you can enjoy its taste. In the meantime, add to the pan 1 - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and prepare the next batch of pancakes. In the same way, cook the remaining pancakes until you run out of dough. When all the pancakes are ready, lay them on a large flat plate, arm yourself with a fork and enjoy!

Step 3: serve the pancakes in sour milk.
