Cooking pea puree from a multicooker:

Step 1: prepare the onion.


First, with a knife, peel the onion from the husk. Then - thoroughly rinse the ingredient under running cool water and put it on a cutting board. Using the same sharp inventory, grind the vegetable into large pieces. After that, pour the vegetable oil into the multicooker pan, immediately turn on the "baking" mode and set the time safely - 30-40 minutes. When the oil warms up well, carefully pour the chopped onion into the multicooker, close the container with a lid and fry the ingredient until golden brown. This is very important, since just such an onion will give the right flavor for the dish. In addition, during this period of time, the entire juice will evaporate from the component, and this is what we need.

Step 2: prepare the peas.


So, while onions are being fried in our slow cooker, we will prepare peas. Using a multi-glass, measure out the required amount of the ingredient and pour it onto kitchen paper towels. We clean the peas with clean hands and after - pour it into a deep bowl. Now put the ingredient under running cold water and rinse it until the water becomes clear. After that, pour peas again, but already purified cold water and set aside to swell a little.

Step 3: prepare pea puree from a slow cooker.


Once the onion is ready, turn off the "baking" mode and open the lid of the multicooker. Using a tablespoon, transfer the fried component into a small clean bowl. Immediately after that, we spread out the slightly swollen peas with the same improvised equipment and fill it with the water in which it was infused. We turn on the multicooker mode - "steaming" and, as soon as the peas start to boil, switch the mode to "stewing" and set the time - 1 hour. After the allotted time, the main ingredient is almost boiled, so we transfer it with the remaining liquid to a deep bowl and, using a blender, grind it to a puree state in the “turbo” mode. Attention: You can also grind peas at medium speed so that pea puree does not spill out of the tank. Immediately after that, pour the chopped peas back into the multi-cooking pot, salt it to taste and now add the fried onions and put the stewing mode back on and cook the dish for another 30-40 minutes. After the allotted time, pea puree will be ready. Do not be surprised that immediately after cooking the dish will be liquid. After standing a little, it will thicken.

Step 4: serve the pea puree from the multicooker.


Once the pea puree from the multicooker is ready, it can be served to the table. In fact, this is a kind of dish, but with which you can treat friends and relatives as the main one, since pea puree is quite satisfying. In addition to this dish, slices of bread, homemade crackers, slices of bacon and even fresh vegetables are great.
