Ingredients for Cream Sauce

  1. sour cream 225 ml. (or fresh cream)
  2. Parmesan cheese 75 gr.
  3. smoked ham 350 gr.
  4. olive oil 1 tbsp. l

Cooking cream sauce:

Step 1: Prepare the products.

Break the eggs: separate the yolks from the proteins and distribute in different bowls. Whip the yolks with cream with a mixer or with a special whisk to beat. Take a grater (or a food processor) and rub Parmesan cheese on it. Finely chop the ham.

Step 2: Cook the sauce.

Take the pan. Pour all the olive oil into it and place the pan on a small fire. Wait for the olive oil to heat and add the garlic to the pan. Cook for about 1 minute. Then pour the chopped ham into the pan, and cook another 3-4 minutes. Add the yolk-cream mixture to the pan, to the ham and garlic. Stir and cook for 2-4 minutes over low heat. Make sure that the yolks do not start to cook, this will ruin the final product.

Step 3: Add the spices.

When the sauce is ready, remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Add spices to taste and salt. Serve immediately - the sauce is tastiest fresh.

Step 4: Serve.

If the sauce is served with a meat dish, do the following. Fry a piece of meat with garlic until the meat has a golden hue. Then add the meat to the sauce. Do not use ham in this recipe. Enjoy your meal!
