Light chicken soup


Ingredients for Making Light Chicken Soup

Cooking Light Chicken Soup:

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Fillet.

Thoroughly wash the chicken fillet under a stream of cold running water, then cut it into small pieces. Move them to the pan, fill with purified drinking water, put on a strong fire, bring to a boil. Then remove the foam that has formed and reduce the heat, cook for about 20 minutes.

Step 2: Cook the roast.

Peel onions and carrots, then rinse well under water. Chop the onion into small cubes. Grate the carrots on a medium grater. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour in a little vegetable oil, add the onion and lightly pass it to a translucent color. Add chopped carrots, mix periodically so that the vegetables do not burn. When they are ready, move them to the pan with the fillet, mix the contents of the pan thoroughly.

Step 3: Cook the egg noodles.

Chicken eggs must be beaten separately from each other, then mix them, add salt at your own discretion. Then, pour the egg mixture in the form of a non-thick pancake onto a preheated pan, previously greased with vegetable oil. Frying one side of the pancake, turn it over and fry the other side until golden brown. Then remove from pan and let cool. Cut the resulting egg pancake in the form of straws, like noodles, but not of a long size. And then you can send to the pan. Add salt and ground black pepper to your taste, mix well. Cook over low heat for another 5 minutes, then cover the pan with a lid and let the soup brew a little.

Step 4: Serve the light chicken soup.

Pour chicken soup into portions and serve hot with sour cream to the dining table. As a decoration for the dish, you can use chopped greens. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - For this soup, you can also serve croutons of white bread, which you previously grated with a clove of garlic.

- - Egg noodles, if desired, you can replace the usual purchased or cooked yourself at home.

- - You can use chicken drumsticks, wings, etc. instead of fillet.
