"Rose" cheese

Knead the dough with the above ingredients and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, crush the cheese, chop the fine dill and beaten eggs with salt to taste, mix.

When the dough has risen, cut it about the size of a tennis ball, let it rise for 5 minutes. Spread each ball in a circle and cut lightly into three parts, 2 evenly and one larger, be sure to leave space for the filling. Fill and join one by one from the edges.

We beat the egg we kept and greased each "rose". Wallpaper a tray with flour and put them in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 170 degrees.

I also made some with apricot jam.

Cheese roses with cottage cheese and raisins

Cheese roses with cottage cheese and raisins. Fluffy cheeses in the shape of a rose made of leavened dough filled with sweet cottage cheese. There is no lack of vanilla, grated lemon peel, raisins or dehydrated cranberries. Foot in the waist in another shape.

We made these roses with sweet cheese because we were craving a baking with leavened dough. I also had half a kilo of sweet cow cheese so I got to work.

Because I made countless times the classic cheesecakes (lap-in-the-belt) in the shape of an envelope, I decided to play a little with the dough and give them a different shape. The recipe for traditional cheeses you can find it here.

The dough of these rose cheeses is similar to that of cozonac. It has milk, yolks, butter and specific flavors: lemon peel and vanilla.

The cottage cheese for the filling must be fat and drier, well drained of whey. It would be good to buy it from the market, from local producers.

If you live abroad and do not know what cheese to buy or if you prefer to make your own cottage cheese at home you can follow this recipe.

Cheese with jam

1. Dissolve the yeast and a teaspoon of sugar in the warm milk, then add a tablespoon of flour, mix and leave in a warm place.

2. When this dough has risen, mix with 2 beaten eggs with 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, the rest of the flour, melted butter and grated lemon peel. Knead until smooth and lightly detach from the bowl, then add the oil and continue to knead until incorporated into the dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place until it doubles in volume.

3. Roll out the dough into a sheet about 1 cm thick. Cut into 6-7 cm rounds and leave to rise again for 15-20 minutes. Then press each piece of dough and form a hollow in the middle, which is filled with sweet cheese mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar and 1-2 eggs.

4. Place the cheeses in a pan greased with butter and lined with flour and bake in a hot oven at the right heat for 40-50 minutes. Shortly before it is ready, grease it with egg yolk.

Salted cheese & # 8211 Lap in belt with dill and green onion

In a large bowl, sift the flour and make a small hole in the middle.

In another bowl, mix the yeast with the warm liquids and sugar and set aside for 10 minutes in a warm place.

Sprinkle the flour on the edges, add the yeast mixture in the middle and knead the dough for a few minutes. After that, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, put the bowl in a warm place and leave the dough to rise for an hour or until it doubles in volume.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and start preparing the filling.

Wash, then finely chop the dill and onion tails. Mix these two ingredients with sheep's cheese and a pinch of salt.

We divide the leavened dough into four equal parts, after which, with the help of the rolling pin, we spread four squares. Grease each one with the prepared filling, then bring each corner of the dough in the middle, thus forming some wallets.

Glue carefully, then transfer them to the tray lined with baking paper. Grease the four packets with 1 beaten egg and then put the tray in the oven until lightly browned.

Enjoy them with gusto! Good appetite!

Rose cheeses made with sweet cheese and raisins

I think that anything made at home and especially with love is the best. I like to prepare the sweets that my loved ones like. Although my husband doesn't sell cheese, whatever it is, he can't resist macaroni or cheese. rose cheeses made with sweet cheese and raisins.

So, when we have a craving for something sweet and cheesy, I always choose to make rose cheeses (they seem easier to fold than my lap). Only when I think of raisins drowned in rum and the aroma of orange was it already raining in my mouth. Not to mention how much I like it when the whole house is surrounded by the smell of baking and vanilla.

It's not a hard recipe, I think it takes the longest part with kneading and leavening, but my luck is that I sat next to my mother and I managed to "steal" some of her kneading technique. When she made bread, she let me make my pita, which I then enjoyed in peace with a little oil and garlic.

From the composition below I got about 16 pretty big fluffy ones (I think next time I'll make them a little smaller). We ate a few breathlessly, even if we just took them out of the oven and we fried a little on the tongue. I leave below the recipe for rose cheeses made with sweet cheese and raisins and I can't wait for you to tell me if they lasted more than 10 minutes on the table!
